Doris Kulinicz Morin, 64, Irvington Resident

IRVINGTON, N.Y. -- Longtime resident Irvington  Doris Kulinicz Morin died Saturday, Dec. 12. She was 64.

In 1997 she was appointed an assistant attorney general for the state of New York in the Consumer Fraud Division in White Plains. She was responsible for winning numerous settlements in consumer fraud cases. She retired early in 2015.

Kulinicz was born in Manhattan to Linda and Leon Kulinicz. 

A graduate of Connecticut College and St. John's Law School, she relocated to Irvington in 1976. She worked at New York Life Insurance Company and owned and operated the Irvington Realty Company. 

Kulinicz is survived by her mother Linda, of Tarrytown, her husband Lou Morin, her sisters Lilia Snyder and Regina Maschler and her children, Louis Morin III of Los Angles and Andreas Morin of Irvington.

Visitation will be at the Dwyer & Vanderbilt Memorial Home in Tarrytown on Friday, from 2-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m.

A private family only service and interment will take place at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
